Proffice believes that you as investors deserve to receive the highest return on your investment. According to that we build our strategy.

 

We focus on the commercial real estate sector which we believe in the long term gives a higher return.

 

We choose to invest in quality small sized offices because we have found that there is a shortage of these offices on the market, which allows us to charge good rentals. Morever by focusing on small units we are less dependent on our tenants. 

 

In order to minimize the risks of the investment in which we our involved in every investment we invest in A-grade office space in high demand locations which are more likely to be a demand for.

 

In terms of tenants, we choose our tenants carefully and we mainly aim at the professional market (lawyers, doctors, etc).
